At 19 inches off the ground, it is just the right height for comfortable pedaling. You can also customize this to suit your workout requirements.

The ME-709 is equipped with a monitor that allows you to keep track of your performance on the bike. The bike keeps track of calories you’ve burned, distance, speed and time. The monitor makes it easy to read the data while you pedal, and they’re also more accurate than those on other exercise bikes.

Usability

Changing up the resistance doesn’t produce any sudden shifts as the transition is smooth and easy. The wide access also makes it a simple process to get on and off the bike. Aside from the comfortable seat, the arm rest can also be used to give you additional support when getting on or off the seat.
The space between the armrest is 21 and half inches so it is sufficient for even large people without being slowed down. You can take the armrest off if you need more space. The seat has an ergonomic design and the padding is sufficient so you’ll be comfortable while working out.
The backrest cannot be adjusted since it is screwed into place. That is a bit of letdown but it really doesn’t affect how you exercise on the bike. There is no workout program included but there are a ton of workout programs online for free anyway so that’s a non issue.
The ME-709 packs enough power to be comparable to those who like to go cycling, and if you can’t go cycling outdoors this is a good alternative. The variable resistance levels mean beginners can take their time, while advanced users can start at the higher levels.
The high level of adjustability and customization also works in its favor and should appeal to a wide spectrum of people.
